These are my compositions recently.

The two pieces share with you....

The character style is from Chin Dynasty in China.

4000 years before-maybe more.

Almost like the nature figure we can see in the nature.

It's later than Chin Dynasty,

We called Han Dynasty.

Very different style,right?

And I would like to remind you-

The two pieces are the same poems.

I designed every single course for every student,
because it's about psychology research too~
the body,the mental,the mind,and practitioner's feeling.

It's not easy for me-
combined three area to be one course-
good for human being is the own goal.

What's the Somatic Psychology?

Somatic psychology, also referred to as body psychotherapy, is an interdisciplinary field involving the study of therapeutic and holistic approaches to the body, somatic experience, and the embodied self. It is based in psychological, neurological, developmental, medical, social and cultural sciences. The word somatic comes from the ancient Greek somat (body). The word psychology comes from the ancient Greek psyche (breath, soul hence mind) and logia (study). Wilhelm Reich was the first to bring the body into psychoanalysis, and to physically touch the client.[1] The only reference to the body in psychotherapy had previously been physiological and neurophysiological. Some credit Reich as a singlehanded founder of somatic psychology (though he called his early work character analysis). Many body-oriented psychotherapies trace their origins to Reich, yet in mainstream psychology his work remains marginalised.[2] However, there are earlier practitioners for example, the Persian physician Avicenna (980 to 1037 CE) who performed psychotherapy only by observing the movement of the patient's pulse as he listened to their anguish.[3] This is reminiscent of both traditional Tibetan medicine and current energy therapies that employ tapping points on a meridian. Some writers describe 'body as slow mind'[4] and this has coincided with research into embodiment and consciousness, and an unconscious mind that 'speaks' through the language of body. Dance therapy reflects this approach and is included in the field of somatic psychology

HOW CAN I DO?

Yesterday
I had a little bit of confusion when I taught in the community college in Taipei,
because my students told me something-

"Teacher,why I can't relax just as I like to do? "
"You told me-"just let go"-but I could not..."
"I got so nurverse when I knew we want to show ourselves in the course ending party..."
"I can't remember all that details of the forms...help me!!"

Yes.
It's not easy to do so much in the course about "TaiChi & Calligraphy"~
You guys just had learned by three months-
I knew that.

It's so hurry,you were not ready yet.

But,
maybe you can try it-do your best,
whatever you can do how it will be.

Not for someone else,
just for your own.

If you like to try it,I will be a closer partner with you.
If don't,
I still love you,ok?

Calligraphy ART IN MY LIFE(1)

This is a normal bag,before,
I wrote some characters on it,
and sealed.

Is it different?
Do you like it?

(The eight characters mean that"Callighraphy-Taichi Mondern Image"
and the seal is my alias,it's mean"red bird"~a little bird which is beautiful, alacritous,and clever..my calligraphy teacher gave me the new name︿︿He saied-that's me @@)

JUST FOR RELAX

The little girl
She is 5-years-old
Even can not recognize any word what she wrote.
But she still follow with me,
to hold the brush pen straighted,
to come down her mind,
to breath so peaceful,
and to feel so relax in her body(especial at her hand and fingers)
and mind.....

She practiced for three months,
she is doing great....^____^

I'm so proud with her.

THE BEGINNER

How to take the beginer to know what is "calligraphy"?

Not so many calligraphy knowed that.

Especially for kids.

Because it's hard.

At the elementary school In Taiwan,

teacher don't teach calligraphy very often right now.

The children hard to contact with the beauty of the chinese art style.

That's why I do now.

And I tried to show my students with the principle about TaiChi.

Including the "central"meaning(at the brushpen,at the body),

the "concentrate"mind,

the "peaceful and longer"breathing,

and

"the inner and outer in large area" is also very important.

Learning TaiChi principle and Calligraphy both,

they could understand deeply and widely-

That's my assumption.
