Before doing TaiChi forms we need to do lots of warm up and single basic movement for protecting our body health,
we always think about the "form" is the one we like to show off,
but in my opinion,
every single warm up movement maybe the great one to compete with ourselves.
Just learning whole form ,no learning basic single warm up movement,it must be fail in TaiChi learning.
No basement,no large building.
or adult is.
