Friend asked me-why I put calligraphy and taichi together to teach?Basicly,it just came from my learning process.
When I was 10 years old,calligraphy came to my life,
it lead me to enjoy quiet so deeply.
I got almost 100 certificate of awards among 10 years for calligraphy competition in Taiwan.
But I didn't like to compete with someone in calligraphy very much,
to enjoy the quietest moment is my favorite.
Learning taichi just for curing my leghurt when I was so depression that I can't do any exercise for one year.Incredible,after one year practiced,my leghurt recovery very well and getting strong-and my heart felt full of energy,body felt more flexible,and peaceful,calm down mind -as same as I did calligraphy.
The best thing is,I find the way to do calligraphy more relax because of taichi,and my writting became more multiplicity and freedom.Actually I do taichi better than before because I could feel flow both in calligraphy and taichi chuan.
